MOQ depends on category and factory. Many programmes start from one full container or a few hundred units for lighter goods. We state the real factory MOQ in the quotation — we do not invent numbers.
Quotations are itemised: unit cost, tooling, inspection, packing, inland haulage and international freight. There is no hidden commission on goods or transport.
Yes. Legal registration, export licence, capacity and reference checks are completed before a purchase order is issued. Critical programmes include an on-site technical audit.
Yes. From reference sample to production-ready specification, tooling, packaging and compliance documentation. Tooling paid by the client is registered to the client.
Sea (FCL/LCL), air and China–Europe rail, plus consolidation and door-to-door DDP/DAP. We quote across modes so you can choose cost versus speed.
Production is held. We issue a documented defect report, negotiate rework or replacement with the factory and re-inspect before release. Shipment only proceeds on your approval.
